KAIA is a premium ritual brand rooted in nature's most vibrant ingredients. We source, refine and elevate powders like ube, matcha and pandan into experiences that awaken the senses.

Yes 100% natural, no additives, no artificial colors or flavors. Only what nature intended.

All KAIA products are 100% plant-based, vegan and gluten-free.

Products

Mix 1/2 to 1 teaspoon with hot water, milk or your favorite base. Perfect for lattes, smoothies, desserts and baking.

18 months from production date. See date stamped on the packaging.

A gentle process that removes moisture while preserving color, aroma and nutrients at their peak. The result is a pure, concentrated powder that stays true to its origin.

Our Shadow Matcha comes from shade-grown tea leaves, a traditional method where the plants are covered for several weeks before harvest. This slow, low-light cultivation deepens the color, smooths the texture and intensifies the natural umami, giving the matcha its distinctive depth and softness.

Shipping

We deliver within Belgium, France, Germany and selected EU countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Products must be unused and unopened in original packaging. Opened food products cannot be returned. Contact us at info@kaiaorigin.com to initiate a return.

Yes. Free shipping is available above a minimum order value that varies by country and by carrier (for example €40 in Belgium). The applicable threshold is shown at checkout.

We work with bpost, Mondial Relay and DPD through our logistics partner SendCloud. You can choose your preferred option (home delivery or pickup point) at checkout.

Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you do not receive it within 48 hours of your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@kaiaorigin.com.

B2B

Yes. We partner with selected cafés, hotels, restaurants, wellness studios, concept stores and creative businesses. If KAIA feels aligned with your universe, visit our B2B page to submit your application.

The minimum order quantity is 1 kg, available in sachets (80 g matcha, 100 g ube) or 1 kg bulk bags. Volume discounts apply per format for orders of 3 kg and above.

Yes, we offer custom orders and private labeling for larger volumes. Contact us at info@kaiaorigin.com to discuss your project.

Yes. For every wholesale order, you will receive a compliant B2B invoice including our VAT number, your company details, VAT breakdown (when applicable), and payment terms.
Invoices are sent by email within 24 hours of order confirmation. If you have specific invoicing requirements (purchase order reference, specific billing address, etc.), please mention them during your partnership application or contact us before placing your order.
